About Me
Dipak Kar
Founder & Care Director, Anandadham
With a heart rooted in service and over 10 years of experience in elder care, I founded Anandadham with one clear mission – to give our senior citizens the respect, love, and care they truly deserve.
Throughout my life’s journey, I have experienced firsthand time and time again that not only can quality care absolutely affect the course of a senior’s life, but so can an indifferent approach. My vision for Anandadham is to accomplish not a care center but a home – a real home with the idea of every elder feeling safe, heard, and valued.
I am exceedingly passionate about maintaining dignity in aging, and I truly want the residents of Anandadham to receive a unique approach to personalized care; to always have a friendly companion near them, and to continue to have professional medical professionals available to help them at our Elderly care home in West Bengal by all means.
